What if you want both Disabling Shot AND Snap Shot still? Well, these changes do mean the underutilized Strike Rifle can make a comeback for just that reason (and just in time for its very generous B14 buffs - Strike Rifle users won’t be penalized for moving and shooting anymore), which leads perfectly into the next changes.
